Our privacy policy at Letters that WOW LLC was developed to ensure information collected from customers in the course of our business is used only for intended purposes and never sold or shared with others not involved in the service of our customers.

Information that may be collected

When you purchase an item from us you may provide your name, address, e-mail, shipping address, comments on the product, or, other information relevant to the transaction such as an alternative shipping address or personalized note.

You may also provide credit card information but that remains with the credit card services that process your transaction. Letters that WOW never receives or sees your credit card number.

Information that we do receive is used only on your behalf, never sold and never shared with a third party unless they are performing production tasks for us such as shipping your Art piece.
